Construction Cleaning
A Window cleaning where our technicians go above and beyond to provide the very best cleaning possible. There should be no debris or residue remaining after cleaning.

General Window Cleaning
Our lowest costing window cleaning service. Comparable to a commercial cleaning we will clean each window once and only once. No debris removal of any kind. Recommended a few months after a detailed cleaning or if glass has previously been professionally cleaned. Not recommended for homes with animals and or children.

Gutter Cleaning
All gutter cleaning bids are based on a standard cleaning unless specified via email or specially requested. Defined as being the interior of the gutters only. The face of the gutter is excluded in a standard cleaning as most faces are not needing care every cleaning. If you find it necessary for the face of your gutter to be cleaned than we do offer a Gutter Brightening. You can either request this over the phone or tell the technician on site. We recommend letting us know beforehand in order to make sure your technician will bring all the necessary equipment and your estimate is accurate.

Gutter Brightening
Exterior Cleaning of Gutters to remove unwanted Organic Growth. This is similar to an exterior Soft Wash as we use various chemicals to get those pesky gutters looking new again. Exterior Cleaning Only (Interior Not To Be Cleaned Unless Specified)
Company Policies
We have the right to refuse service for any reason. Hard Water, Paint or Large Debris will only be removed after Signed Waiver. No Owner, Employee, Sub Contractor or Affiliate of Win-Doe Cleaning LLC will use steel wool, razors, or any chemical other than our window cleaning solution prior to Signed Contract & Signed Waiver. Damaged Glass Will Not Be Cleaned Period. (Double Pane Glass With One Broken/Cracked/Damaged Side Will Not Be Clean On Either Side) Sun Damaged, Bent frame, or Discolored Screens Will Not Be Cleaned. All Employees and Affiliates of Win-Doe Cleaning Will Notify Owners/Clients/Managers of all damages noticed on any job site.
Our estimates are valid until the following month unless a date has been scheduled and a deposit has been paid (Example estimate dated 1/25/2022 expires 2/25/2022). After deposit are estimates are valid until the end of current year (Example estimate dated 10/4/2022 with deposit is valid until 12/31/2022). The 10% deposit is non refundable and will result in a loss if you decide to not use our services.
Win-Doe Cleaning Owner, Employee, and all Affiliates arrive at job site (within arrival window) and no one is available or does not allow access to job site/service area a minimum waiting period of 10 minutes is required before departure. In addition to a 10 minute waiting period a call is required to Win-Doe Cleaning (office) in order to reach out to Customer/Client prior to your departure (if possible). A missed appointment fee will apply for all missed appointments.
Win-Doe Cleaning will credit up to $50 off any service or cleaning for missed appointments or appointments required to be rescheduled due to Win-Doe Cleaning . All Employees, Sub Contractors & Affiliates of Win-Doe Cleaning are required to notify Win-Doe Cleaning (office) ASAP to any possible missed appointments or appointments needing to be rescheduled. If this occurs please contact our office and request a discount missed appointment.
Fees*
We offer FREE ESTIMATES over the phone. These do not reflect a final cost or a set price. This is our minimum cost to provide you with stated services (exceptions any online adds or referral bonuses). We offer this to give you the closest possible price without being on site. Our technicians have the right to increase our estimate on sight to give you an accurate/final bid. If for whatever reason you no longer want service, weather it is a miscommunication on our end or yours a fee of $35.00 may occur. If a technician shows up to provide services and no one is available on site or does not make contact during our scheduled time period a $50.00 missed appoint fee may occur. If for any reason you no longer need or want services within 48 hours (Business Hours) of a scheduled service a rescheduling fee or Cancellation fee of $20.00 or up to 10% of total estimate may occur depending on circumstances.
Payment is due on date of service(s) unless specified otherwise in the estimate/invoice and/or contract. Payments accepted in person on the day of service include cash/debit/credit or from our online invoice links (intuit) and via mail for commercial clients only. For payments after the day of service we offer online payments via intuit or mail us at our business location. Any payment not received by the due date on invoice will be subject to a late fee of $35. Any payment not received within 5 business days or 1 week of due date Win-Doe Cleaning (Win-Doe Cleaning L.L.C.) will seek legal actions. Such actions include but not limited to, loss of services, lien for business or home, removal of any installed service.
